Every mirror is handmade to order by our artisans in Morocco. Here's exactly how it gets to you.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods this can extend to 12–14 business days — we'll email you if that's the case. Custom-size mirrors require the same production window as standard pieces.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

United States: 7–12 business days once dispatched. Canada & Europe: 8–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–18 business days, depending on customs processing. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on every mirror, standard or custom, with no minimum order value.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Mirrors ship internationally from our workshop in Morocco. Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees on delivery, set by your local government and payable by the customer. We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare value.

Packaging & Care in Transit

Every piece is wrapped in multiple layers of protective padding, corner-reinforced, and boxed for international transit. If your mirror arrives with shipping damage, see our Return and Refund Policy — we replace damaged pieces at no cost.

Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as orders in production usually can't be redirected. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping charge may apply.
