Refund policy

You may return an eligible mirror within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The 30-day window starts on the date your tracking shows the order as delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your mirror must be unused, in the same condition you received it, free of scratches or alterations, and in its original protective packaging. Please include your order number or confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

Mirrors made to a customer-specified custom size are made to order and are final sale. Gift cards, digital or physical, are non-refundable once issued. If a custom piece arrives damaged or doesn't match the agreed specifications, that's covered under Damaged or Defective Items below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email MarbluxLLC@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect, including the packaging if shipping damage is suspected. We'll confirm within 2 business days and offer a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping — your choice. You usually won't need to ship the item back.

How to Start a Return

Email MarbluxLLC@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping or waive the return entirely.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection, though your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on standard returns, as shipping is free at checkout.

Exchanges

We don't process direct swaps. Return your original mirror for a refund and place a new order for a different style or finish.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, since production begins shortly after. After that window, standard return terms apply once the order arrives.
